Livin' in Lauderdale

After days and hours of condo shopping we decided on this house. We're are trying to strike a deal and get the boat too! Ha Ha! How gorgeous is this home? There are several mansions that John and I gawk at. Like, what do these people do for a living? Probably a pilot and a flight attendant, huh! Kidding, they probably have their own flight crew! It seems to be old money and no money here. This is how the "other half" live! There are so many enormous yachts, docked at hugenormous homes. It's beautiful! Here is a pic of Ft.Lauderdale beach. John and I usually run in the evenings to the beach, stick our heads under the showers, cool off, watch the homeless guys sing and argue with their brown paper bags between their legs, watch ladies in itsy bitsy bikini's roller blading, laugh at the men exercising in white spandex hot shorts, and head back toward Las Olas. We are located about 2miles from the beach.

Hey Meg, It is great to hear how happy you are. You certainly deserve it. I am a little jealous that you get to see the beach everyday!! Congrats on your move. Take Care, Cristy

Meg- I certainly did not give you permission to post that photo of our summer home and yacht. YOU KNOW HOW PRIVATE WE ARE!! That, my friend, is the home of a teacher and a pharma rep!! We've got one in Aruba, too!!

Glad you are loving it. The selfish part of me was kind of hoping you'd hate it and scoot on back to the ville. Guess not??

Did you see my baby girl...all grown up?? She's 6.5 months now.
